- Markets. Metro-level fundamentals, rent trends, and top-scoring markets. Starts every research session.
Workbench
- Property Compare. Stack up to four saved deals side by side. See the compare guide.
- Trash. Restore a deleted deal within its retention window. After the window expires the record is purged.
