Where do the default numbers come from?

Accepted Answer

Defaults are typical US starting points (e.g. 25% down, 30-year fixed, 8% vacancy). They're starting guesses; always replace them with your actual lender quote, insurance bid, and comp-supported rent.

Do you support Canadian or UK deals?

ROIStack is offered to US residents only and uses US tax, financing, and legal assumptions throughout the analyzers. You can switch the display currency to CAD, EUR, or GBP in Settings if you're a US investor modeling a foreign property, but the underlying math still assumes US rules.

Where are my saved deals stored?

Saved deals sync to your account across devices on every plan. Free is capped at 5 saved deals, Starter at 15, and Pro and Investor are unlimited.

Can I export to PDF or CSV?

Accepted Answer

CSV export is available on every plan. Branded one-page PDF reports, useful for lenders or partners, are a Pro feature.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from the Billing page and you'll keep Pro through the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

How do I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

Open Settings → Account → Delete account. We remove your profile, saved deals, and share links. Email support@roistack.io if anything goes wrong.

Does ROIStack work on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ROIStack is a responsive web app. You can also install it to your home screen from your browser's share menu for a near-native feel.
